About The Position

The Assistant Manager position is salaried, non-exempt, and starts at $55,000 annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. The company has plans to open more than an estimated 1000 new locations across North America, with an emphasis on promoting from within. Requirements

1+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
Experience with responsibility for controlling costs and leading great shifts.
Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality.
Ability to set high standards for yourself and your team.
