About The Position

Tropical Smoothie Cafe, one of the fastest growing chains is searching for Assistant Managers that want to work towards being a General Manager for our Utah Locations. We are looking for passionate and experienced Assistant Managers to lead a team that produces a Quality, Hot, Fresh and Consistent product to our loyal customers. Assistant managers must be able to manager team members, must be accountable for day to day operations of their location. You must be able to work under stress, also in a fast paced environment while maintaining health and safety procedures. If you are driven for success this is the job for you!!
Requirements
- 2+ years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Trustworthy, results driven and team oriented
- Must have a passion for product quality and providing a positive customer service experience
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Inventory Management
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Tactful, courteous, and respectful when interacting with others
- Consistently gives sincere and total effort and demonstrates initiative
- Comfortable using technology and restaurant equipment
- Absolutely safety conscious, and willing to stop unsafe acts
- Thrives on helping others succeed and teams to excel
- Aligns actions to support the team
- Must be able to adopt the Marco's Cultural Beliefs
