We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions and day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Manager will also maintain promotional displays, assist with ordering merchandise, record keeping, and loss prevention. Maintaining store standards, protecting company assets, adhering to policies, and supervising, training, and developing Store Associates are also key responsibilities. The role requires ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment, maintaining store cleanliness, and performing other assigned duties. Managers may be required to obtain specialized licenses for selling alcohol and/or tobacco, with failure to comply potentially leading to demotion or separation of employment. This is a full-time, at-will employment position.
