About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team at Crossroad Commons, a 216-unit apartment community in Manor, TX. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property. Dominium is a purpose-driven leader in affordable housing with over 50 years of experience in developing and managing affordable housing communities across the United States. They are committed to providing quality, affordable housing and fostering a strong sense of community and connection with their residents.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
