About The Position

Domino’s is seeking a dependable, motivated Assistant Manager to help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The role supports the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals, while helping ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.

This position offers management training and potential advancement to General Manager based on performance and available positions. Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.

• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on customer service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
