About The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in Clinton, TN. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a related industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in math and cash handling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems for order entry and inventory management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high standards of service and productivity
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks
- Assist in creating employee schedules and managing staff attendance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment
- Assist in financial tasks such as cash handling, reconciling daily sales, and preparing reports
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
