Responsibilities

• Leading a team of car wash technicians to ensure that every vehicle was washed to perfection.
• Developing and implementing new car wash procedures and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
• Managing inventory and ensured that supplies were stocked and used correctly.
• Maintaining the equipment and made sure it was running at peak efficiency.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
• Managing the finances of the car wash, ensuring we stayed within budget and remained profitable.
• Performing all other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs.
