About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for all store operations during a scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role includes performing the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, managing 3 to 30 employees, serving customers, preparing products, making deliveries, and maintaining the restaurant and professional appearance standards. Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Valid driver's license.
Access to reliable transportation.
Full open availability.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Manage cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during the shift.
Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
Be responsible for all store operations during the shift.
Greet customers and take orders, including by phone.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
