The Assistant Manager role requires strong leadership qualities, first-class professionalism, and hands-on technical knowledge. The Assistant Manager is accountable for overseeing people, daily workload, and overall shop workflow. This role involves developing a strong shop culture, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will have past commercial tire service experience, demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a service-oriented leadership style, and a proven ability to assess, set, and achieve sales and service goals for the location.
