About The Position

The Assistant Manager supervises store operations during assigned shifts and supports the team in delivering excellent customer service. The role includes managing cost, inventory, and cash controls; maintaining appropriate labor levels; coaching team members; and ensuring store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies. The position is in a fast-paced restaurant environment with frequent standing, walking, and reaching, exposure to hot ovens, food odors, and varying temperatures, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Prior management experience in fast food; pizza experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of basic math and cash handling.
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
