Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.
- Quick thinking
- Desire to sharpen budgeting and financial skills

Responsibilities
- Help maintain overall management responsibilities to keep the restaurant profitable, efficient, and running smoothly
- Direct, coordinate, and jump into food preparation, order assembly, and customer transactions
- Interview, hire, and train new team members while coordinating daily activities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control
- Lead by example and actively manage your team to meet budgets and build sales
