About The Position

Fox Run Apartments is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Manager to join their team. This role involves daily interactions such as welcoming future residents, coordinating move-ins, and creating an exceptional living experience for the community. The position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.

Requirements

• Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience with property management software (training provided if needed).
• Positive, goal-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Flexibility to work an occasional Saturday when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Property management experience is a plus.
• Experience with AppFolio software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging tours of the apartment community to prospective residents.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and vendors to ensure apartment homes are move-in ready and on schedule.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Guide new residents through the leasing process from application to move-in day.
• Build relationships with residents and foster a sense of community.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
