About The Position
Pancheros is looking for friendly and enthusiastic people to join the team as an Assistant Manager! You will have the opportunity to be part of a positive and fun culture while enhancing your job skills for further opportunities within our company. This role involves supervising shifts, monitoring quality, safety, and customer experience, handling cash, and training staff. We pride ourselves on scratch-made food, including fresh-pressed tortillas and our famous queso.
Requirements
- Leadership experience required
- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Requires the ability to move and stand for long periods of time
Responsibilities
- Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees
- Monitor Quality, Safety, and Customer Experience
- Customer Service
- Manager on Duty
- Cash Handling and Reconciliations of cash drawers
- Training of Staff Members for New Hires & Promotions
- Other duties as assigned
