Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
Must pass a Criminal Background Check
Must have one year of driving history
Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards
Ability to direct activities

Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
Ability to make correct monetary change
Comfortability utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle
Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
Ability to lift and/or stack product ingredients and supplies up to 50 pounds
Ability to occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or utilize stairs
Hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example for the crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Lead a team toward the goal of selling more pizzas and having more fun.
Responsible for staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
Provide enthusiastic customer greetings and handle orders and customer concerns with a positive personality.
Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
Prepare product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in or reach-in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously.
Navigate diverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
