About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to lead a store team and oversee all store operations during scheduled shifts. The role includes managing costs, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations, while setting a strong example for employees. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, and help maintain product quality, store cleanliness, and professional appearance standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience leading a team; the role involves managing a staff of 3 to 30 during a shift.
• Strong attitude and motivational skills.
• Ability to serve as a role model.
• Flexible schedule.
• Judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.

• Previous experience in the food-service industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage a shift team of 3 to 30 employees.
• Be responsible for store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare products quickly and accurately while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers by vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Set an example for the store team and help motivate employees.
