About The Position
Purdys Chocolatier is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for their Hillside Shopping Centre location. This role supports the Shop Manager in driving profitability and ensuring smooth shop operations, while also providing leadership to the retail staff. It's a great opportunity to advance a retail career by selling award-winning chocolates and premium ice cream, focusing on customer engagement, sales, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Passionate about chocolate.
- At least two years of management/supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment.
- Self-motivated and driven for results.
- Enthusiastic about selling a quality product.
- Dedicated to providing a great customer experience.
- Energetic and enjoy meeting new people.
- Excited about working with a team and building a career and growing within Purdys Chocolatier.
- Available for all types of shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
