About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training). Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They set the tone and example for the store and oversee store operations while performing the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers. The position may be full-time or part-time and is permanent.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Experience leading a team.
Judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.
A positive attitude and motivational skills to lead employees and foster a good workplace.
Ability to serve as a role model for the team.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company uniform and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

Manage all store operations during the scheduled shift.
Manage a team of approximately 3 to 30 employees during the shift.
Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Greet customers and take orders courteously, including answering phone calls.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Uniform and Grooming Standards.
Oversee cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
