About The Position
Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, and manage 3 to 15 employees during a scheduled shift. The role includes greeting customers, taking orders, operating the cash register, collecting payments, preparing consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines, and delivering products safely and courteously. Assistant Managers also maintain a clean, organized work environment and a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- At least 18 years old.
- Punctuality and a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.
