About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating your team to deliver a delicious experience every time. This role involves leading the team by hiring, training, and supervising pizza-loving employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will also be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency by managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. Delivering outstanding customer service includes resolving customer issues, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Driving sales and profitability involves implementing marketing initiatives, controlling costs, and analyzing financial performance to meet business objectives. Maintaining a spotless pizza store that is safe, inviting, and reflects a commitment to quality and cleanliness is also a key part of the role.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing others
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Must be at least 18 years of age.
