About The Position
BDQ, Inc. (a proud DQ franchisee) is hiring an Assistant Manager who's got hustle, heart, and high standards. This role involves leading the vibe, managing fast-paced fun, and creating delicious moments. The Assistant Manager will run the show during their shifts, train and motivate the crew, ensure fast service and top-tier treats, maintain organization, safety, and cleanliness, and contribute to boosting sales and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of leadership experience
- Great with people and thrive under pressure
- Ability to multitask like a pro (with a smile)
- Knowledge of food safety or willingness to learn
- Desire to grow fast in a company that values you
Nice To Haves
- Fast food experience is a plus
- Willingness to get ServSafe® certified
