About The Position

Wegmans is looking for passionate individuals ready to collaborate, develop, and become leaders within a dynamic and growing retail environment. This role offers daily opportunities to enhance your skill set and gain a deep understanding of the company's values, business measures, standards, and operations. It is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, energetic setting where each day presents new challenges. This position includes a structured training program, designed to be completed within 6 months with the support of a mentor and trainer. Successful completion of the program will lead to an interview for or placement as a Team Leader.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting
  • Computer skills
