Requirements

  • Advanced skiing or snowboarding ability
  • leadership, supervisory, or crew lead experience
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Terrain Parks, Grooming, Snowmaking, or Mountain Operations experience
  • Snowcat or heavy equipment operation

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Terrain Park operations and venue readiness; support terrain feature construction, maintenance, inspections, and risk management; ensure compliance with company safety standards and operating procedures; partner with Grooming, Snowmaking, Ski Patrol, Lift Operations, and Trail Maintenance teams.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training employees; develop schedules and staffing plans; coach employees and provide performance feedback; promote employee engagement and growth.
  • Coordinate labor resources, support budgeting and inventory management, monitor terrain quality and guest feedback, and support special events and resort initiatives.
