Requirements

Advanced skiing or snowboarding ability
leadership, supervisory, or crew lead experience
strong communication and organizational skills
valid Driver's License
High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Terrain Parks, Grooming, Snowmaking, or Mountain Operations experience
Snowcat or heavy equipment operation
workforce scheduling and employee development
risk management and safety leadership
experience leading seasonal teams

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Terrain Park operations and venue readiness; support terrain feature construction, maintenance, inspections, and risk management; ensure compliance with company safety standards and operating procedures; partner with Grooming, Snowmaking, Ski Patrol, Lift Operations, and Trail Maintenance teams.
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training employees; develop schedules and staffing plans; coach employees and provide performance feedback; promote employee engagement and growth.
Coordinate labor resources, support budgeting and inventory management, monitor terrain quality and guest feedback, and support special events and resort initiatives.
