About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager. The role supports daily store operations, helps implement operating standards, supervises employees, and contributes to maintaining a clean and well-functioning facility. Full-time work availability is required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment meet company cleanliness standards.
• Supervise employees.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other job duties as needed.
