About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to help run a Domino's location. The role provides managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in implementing operating standards and supporting day-to-day store operations. Responsibilities include inventory and supply counts, maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment, supervising employees, hiring and onboarding team members, cleaning and maintaining the store and equipment, and rotating commissary deliveries. The position may also involve other duties as needed.

Requirements

Minimum age of 18.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Full-time work availability.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous management experience.
Previous quick-service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running the store and implementing operating standards.
Count inventory and supplies.
Ensure the facility and equipment are clean according to company standards.
