About The Position

The Assistant Manager Store provides managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running the store and implementing operating standards. The role includes inventory and supply counting, maintaining facility and equipment cleanliness, supervising employees, interviewing and onboarding new team members, cleaning and maintaining the store and equipment, and rotating commissary deliveries. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability to work full time.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
