About The Position

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders for its store management team. The company is committed to the professional and personal development of its associates, offering paid leadership training, mentorship, and community support. Store Managers are responsible for the overall operation of a single store, including hiring, managing associates to achieve financial goals, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Assistant Managers assist in the operation of a single store with similar responsibilities. Both roles receive comprehensive leadership training programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand up to four hours.
• Must be able to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers.
• Prepare hot and cold foods.
• Use a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment.
• Work quickly without losing accuracy.
