Subway located at 1635 W. 20th Avenue in Oshkosh is hiring! We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable people who enjoy working with others and delivering great Guest service. Current Openings include Assistant Manager and Shift Supervisor roles.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or management experience is preferred for the Assistant Manager position
• Restaurant or sandwich shop experience is a plus-but not required

Responsibilities

• Preparing food, including baking fresh bread and cookies
• Making sandwiches to each guest's specifications
• Providing friendly, efficient guest service
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant
• Assisting with opening, closing, and leading the team during your shift
• Recruiting, training, and developing associates
• Creating and managing staff schedules
• Assisting with inventory and ordering
• Leading and motivating the team
• Making sandwiches to guest preferences
• Providing exceptional guest service
