About The Position

Subway is looking for enthusiastic, dependable people who enjoy working with others and delivering great Guest service for their Assistant Manager and Shift Supervisor positions. These roles involve daily restaurant operations, food preparation, guest service, cash handling, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and leadership responsibilities. The Assistant Manager role specifically includes recruiting, training, scheduling, inventory management, and motivating the team, working alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Nice To Haves

Previous leadership or management experience is preferred for the Assistant Manager position
Restaurant or sandwich shop experience is a plus-but not required

Responsibilities

Preparing food, including baking fresh bread and cookies
Making sandwiches to each guest's specifications
Providing friendly, efficient guest service
Operating the cash register and handling transactions
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant
Assisting with opening, closing, and leading the team during your shift
Recruiting, training, and developing associates
Creating and managing staff schedules
Assisting with inventory and ordering
Leading and motivating the team
