The Assistant Manager (Full-Time) handles overall supervision, shift management, and store profitability while maintaining high brand standards, in cooperation with or in the absence of the Store Manager. The Shift Leader (Variable Hours) directs daily restaurant operations in the absence of the management team to maintain strict food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Previous management experience in retail or restaurant environments.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Full open availability (including evenings and weekends) for Assistant Manager role.
• Must be at least 18 years old for Shift Leader role.

Responsibilities

• Roll, twist, and bake fresh dough and pretzels from scratch.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Drive customer satisfaction, manage inventory/stock, and hit performance goals.
• Prep, bake, and enthusiastically serve pretzels and beverages to guests.
• Monitor employee scheduling, breaks, and overtime during your shift.
• Assist in training new hires on operational standards.
