Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager for Retail Store Operations. This role reports to the General Manager/Retail Store Operations and is responsible for co-leading retail store teams and co-managing effective store and donation operations to meet or exceed all established goals. The position prioritizes the safety of team members and customers, the well-being of team members through mission services delivery, excellent customer service, and proper safeguarding and handling of customer donations to maximize their value to the mission.
