Reporting to the Manager, Retail, the Assistant Manager, Retail Operations serves as the operational lead and primary backup to the Retail Manager, supporting the daily management of retail operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and customer-focused environment. This role oversees key operational functions, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, replenishment, fulfillment coordination, loss prevention, and compliance with retail policies and procedures. Working closely with the Retail Manager, the Assistant Manager supports sales performance, operational efficiency, staffing coordination, and workflow optimization while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This role also partners cross-functionally to maintain operational readiness, effective communication, and a collaborative retail culture aligned with organizational values and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging principles.
