The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative, operational, and analytical support to Regional Aftersales Operations departments. This role contributes to the day-to-day execution of Aftersales operations, fixed operations, and warranty & consumer affairs initiatives. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to, executing tasks that achieve operational capacity objectives, supports service retention objectives, monitor KPI’s and escalates variances to management, warranty administration support, warranty expense monitoring & parts return status, aid in coordinating the completion of campaigns or recalls, and handle day-to-day consumer affairs inquires/case reviews/hearings.
