About The Position

The Assistant Manager, Receiving will oversee VIP and vendor consignments, partner with the luxury consignment office to manage fashion product transfers to the warehouse, and provide coverage on the receiving floor. This role will assist with product questions and distribution to increase department productivity. The Assistant Manager will also serve as the point of contact for customer returns, authentication, merchandising, copywriting, and the inbound loading dock. They will assist operation coordinators and exception specialists with outstanding product issues and exceptions, conduct weekly and monthly audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, and uphold company brand and conditions standards. Additionally, the role involves enforcing and maintaining a positive team culture, managing backlog and end-of-day reporting, overseeing all inquiries sent to AZ receiving support to ensure timely and accurate responses, and supervising department product handlers and support staff.
