We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Member Experience to work at a high profile company’s fitness center located in downtown Manhattan, New York. This role involves leading daily operations of the Member Services team, ensuring high standards of professionalism and service, and fostering a welcoming environment. The Assistant Manager will also assist with overall facility operations, marketing and communications, and manage the check-in and membership system. Regular updates to the General Manager on budget, staffing, and operational priorities are expected, along with participation in management team meetings.
