We are seeking a few dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager/Management Trainees to join our team in the Greater Des Moines and West Des Moines area. You will work closely with senior management to learn all aspects of business operations while contributing to the success of our department and supporting our team members in delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory, management trainee, or assistant management role
  • Proven leadership ability with the capacity to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in using business software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer service orientation with a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Professional demeanor with strong ethical standards
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising and coordinating daily operations of assigned departments or teams
  • Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives
  • Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify areas for enhancement
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation efficiently
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Assist in budget planning and cost control measures
  • Demonstrate leadership by modeling company values and maintaining professional standards
  • Support the execution of company programs and special projects as assigned
  • Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
  • Deliver flyers and door hangers.
