The EVERCLEAN Assistant Manager will perform a wide range of responsibilities including employee management and training, sales and marketing, and general car wash operations. The Assistant Manager reports directly to the Club Manager. EVERCLEAN is a car wash development and management company. We are a values-driven organization. We like to work. We love people. - No car wash experience needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform each role in the operation with exemplary excellence
- Serve the customer well and create “WOW” experiences
- Ability to handle high volumes of clients with exceptional and personal service
- Train and motivate employees to achieve their highest potential
- Promote and sell monthly memberships
- Identify problems/trends and recommend proactive or remedial actions
- Maintain housekeeping standards and site cleanliness
- Ability to stand, work, and interact with customers in extreme temperatures. Primarily works in an outdoor environment year round. Winter is busy season.
