We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, day-to-day activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for merchandise organization, maintaining promotional displays, processing corporate directives, and assisting with various administrative tasks. A key aspect of this role is maintaining store standards, including cleanliness, stockroom organization, and sales floor presentation, while also protecting company assets and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing store associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
