We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, day-to-day activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in merchandise handling, maintaining store appearance, processing corporate directives, and ensuring promotional displays are effective. Key responsibilities include assisting with ordering, processing damaged goods, record-keeping (payroll, scheduling, cash handling), and loss prevention. Maintaining a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards, protecting company assets, and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, are crucial. The Assistant Manager will also help supervise, train, and develop store associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Maintaining store cleanliness is also a key duty. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor.
