We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. This role involves assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting with ordering and record keeping, and ensuring store cleanliness and security. The Assistant Manager will also help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment. The company is Family Dollar, and the position is full-time, located at 206 E. Main Street, Middleton, Idaho 83644. Managers may be required to obtain specialized licenses for selling alcohol and/or tobacco, which involves providing certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license. Failure to comply and/or qualify for such a license can lead to demotion or separation of employment.
