Under the team leadership of the Director of Store Development or the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for all aspects of operating a donated goods retail store. The mission contribution is to ensure the efficient and cost effective operation and stewardship of the Goodwill retail store to maximize profitability and increase employment and/or training opportunities.
