We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, day-to-day activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for merchandise handling, maintaining store appearance, processing corporate directives, and assisting with ordering and loss prevention. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom, protecting company assets, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Maintaining store cleanliness and performing other duties as assigned are also part of the responsibilities.
