We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with day-to-day store activities, organizing and transferring merchandise, maintaining seasonal areas, and performing opening and closing procedures. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring loss prevention. Additionally, this role requires maintaining store cleanliness, protecting company assets, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures. A key aspect of this position is supervising, training, and developing store associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
