The Front-End Manager will supervise all front-end staff and perform administrative tasks assigned by the store manager. This role involves overseeing the daily workflow of front-end staff, scheduling to ensure efficient customer service, and leading the store in corporate-assigned programs and policies. The manager will also partner with Store Management for employee discipline and termination recommendations. Key duties include ensuring positive customer experiences, resolving issues, assisting with administrative tasks, training staff, managing front-end ordering, stocking, and merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the front-end, bathrooms, and parking lot. The role also requires ensuring all front-end supplies and ice are stocked.
