Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full service restaurant; with at least one year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, safety regulations, and inventory control.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Comfortable working in varied weather conditions including sun, humidity, and occasional rain.
Ability to remain calm and positive and energetic in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Train, support, and supervise the FOH F&B team.
Ensure that team members adhere to company service standards and operational procedures.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Support leadership with training initiatives and performance evaluations.
Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Manage table assignments, staff rotations, and assist with scheduling to maintain efficiency.
Collaborate with the BOH team, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery and service.
Conduct regular stock counts, and if requested, submit purchase requests in order to maintain proper inventory levels.
Oversee MRKT displays, ensuring products are properly stocked and merchandised.
Collect end-of-day server and bar reports.
Track and report inventory - to include waste and trends.
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met every day on all shifts.
Ensure compliance with alcohol service statutes and internal operational policies.
