About The Position

Rosati's Pizza & Sports Bar is looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven Assistant Manager / Front of House & Bar to help lead our dining room, sports bar, and guest experience operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, building relationships with guests, and creating a positive, high-energy atmosphere. We're looking for a leader who isn't afraid to jump behind the bar, assist on the floor, coach team members, and help drive operational excellence every day. Requirements

  • Previous restaurant leadership, supervisor, or management experience preferred.
  • Bartending experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and actively work throughout a shift.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily Front of House and Bar operations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Train, coach, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
  • Lead by example during busy shifts and assist wherever needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
  • Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management.
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Help execute promotions, events, and sales-building initiatives.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, liquor laws, and safety standards.
