The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Visual Merchandising to execute visual guidelines with precision and adapt to store architecture while maintaining brand standards. They will conduct mapping sessions and on-floor coaching, review photos and provide actionable feedback. This role will partner with District and Store Managers on KPI insights and develop store-level action plans. The Assistant Manager will also support new store openings and renovations with on-site training and readiness checks, and conduct in-store training sessions within the assigned market and develop best practices. Additionally, they will manage visual projects and field initiatives from planning through execution, including timelines, deliverables, follow-up, and cross-functional coordination across North America. This role requires managing multiple projects while providing clear project recaps, status updates, and presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint to support alignment, decision-making, and leadership communication.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Visual Merchandising
  • Ability to execute visual guidelines with precision and adapt to store architecture while maintaining brand standards.
  • Experience conducting mapping sessions and on-floor coaching.
