About The Position

Responsible for the overall supervision of the table games operation, which includes managing all front line and supervisory employees in multiple pits on the casino floor. Ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, internal controls, CTR, SARC, and NJ Casino Control Act gaming regulations. May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Must have at least two years experience as a table games manager.
  • Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of casino pit management requirements, casino rules, and procedures of the games as well as CTR and SARC compliance.
  • Must be able to resolve both customer and/or employee conflict in a calm, professional, and productive manner.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have extensive computer knowledge.
  • Excellent observation and supervisory skills.
  • Must be knowledgeable of the New Jersey Casino Control Act and respective gaming regulations.
  • Key License is Required and MDF is required

Responsibilities

  • Trains, counsels, and monitors performance of table games staff to ensure employee motivation and guest satisfaction meet company standards.
  • Evaluates level of patron play and determines the provision of customer complimentary services.
  • Responsible to ensure that all casino games employees uphold Family Style Service.
  • Manages front line and supervisory employees during day to day casino table games operation.
  • Trains, counsels, and monitors performance of table games staff.
  • Responsible to ensure that all casino games employees uphold Family Style Service.
