About The Position

Join Loyola Medicine as an Assistant Manager of Breast Imaging and play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mammography Technologist to step into a hands-on leadership position, where you will drive operational excellence, support a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional imaging services for our patients. You will help shape the future of breast imaging services while continuing to practice in a clinical capacity. Hours: Day Shift Monday - Friday w/occasional Saturday based on departmental needs

Requirements

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology-Mammo or equivalent training acquired via work experience.
3-5 years of previous job-related experience.
Expected to function as a "working manager".
Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) program.
ARRT (M) licensure.
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from American Heart Association only.
Illinois Emergency Management Agency Certification (IEMA).
EPIC, PAC experience or equivalent.
Excel Proficient (intermediate).

Nice To Haves

3-5 years Coordinator, Lead or Management experience.
Bachelor's Degree.
UKG scheduling or equivalent.
Testing for proficiency maybe required.
