About The Position

We're looking for an Assistant Manager who can help drive sales, support technicians, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and help ensure our stores execute proven processes every day. This is more than a service advisor position. This is a leadership role with a clear path to Store Manager for the right person. You'll work with multiple locations throughout the region, helping support store operations, cover management needs, drive sales, and learn what it takes to successfully run a high-performing automotive repair business. This role is designed to develop future Store Managers.

Requirements

Automotive service writing or automotive sales experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Leadership mindset and desire to grow
Ability to follow process and hold others accountable
Organized, motivated, and results-driven
Ability to travel between store locations as needed

Nice To Haves

Automotive repair knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Help drive daily sales and customer satisfaction
Build estimates and present repair recommendations
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Support technicians and help keep workflow moving
Ensure inspections, recommendations, and customer follow-up are completed
Assist with inventory, operations, and store organization
Help coach teammates and reinforce company processes
Work between multiple locations as needed to support the business
Learn the leadership, operational, and financial skills necessary to run a successful store
