About The Position
We’re looking for someone who can handle customers, support the shop, and grow into a leadership role. This is a fast track to Store Manager position. You will be responsible for customer service, writing estimates, selling work, supporting basic services, helping manage daily shop operations, and keeping the store organized and running smoothly.
Requirements
- 2+ years automotive experience
- Service writing or sales experience
- Strong communication and leadership mindset
- Reliable, organized, and ready to grow
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work multiple locations
Responsibilities
- Handle customers and phone calls
- Write estimates and sell work
- Support basic services (oil, tires, maintenance)
- Help manage daily shop operations
- Keep the store organized and running smoothly
